What's a photoquest without a self portrait? I had just gotten home from work and I looked a little ragged but I like the look! Black & White owned colour in this shot.

I'm gonna have to revisit this one sometime in soon. I thought shooting smoke would be hard but I'm pretty happy with the outcome of my first attempt! I set up my light stand in my garage, took the towel rack from the hottub and draped a black blanket over it to cut out any reflections showing up in the background and cut the lights. I quickly learned that a snooted hand held flash worked the best.
