Day 14

8.9 sec F14 ISO 200 @ 18mm

My new toy... Time to upgrade completely to Apple, I'm sorry PC you just do it for me anymore. I set the White Balance to Sunny to give the tower's metal shell a nice blue hue.

Day 12

15 sec F22 ISO 200 @ 50mm

It was really cold and raining so I only took two shots of these lights reflecting of the water. I set the aperture to the smallest possible and took a 15 second exposure to compensate for the lack of light. I chose a small aperture to get those "Starbursts" effects from the lamps. I'm happy with the result but there's a bit too much light coming from the first lamp...I'll reshoot this when it's warmer.

Day 3

1/60 F2.5 ISO 200 @ 50mm

I'll just go ahead and say it, yesterday was a bust... The sky was grey with the ever growing threat of rain (not ideal conditions when the "Theme of the Week" is Sun) so after a great dinner and before heading out to the movies, Laura and I decided to go find anything marginally related to sun. After a nice drive down Gouin Blvd. This sign for a semi rundown garage caught Laura's eye. I couldn't be bothered with layout and stuff so snapped the picture from inside my car and continued the drive... I promise I'll find something more interesting to shoot tonight.

Hope you enjoyed my blog :D
