Day 11
1/2 sec F6.3 ISO 400 @ 18mm
I really wanted to try a in car shot for a while, but the standard sized tripod was just to much work to get set up and strapped in. The tripod problem was solved thanks to Laura :) She got me a GorillaPod for my birthday and I have to say as a secondary tripod it is awsome. It's for sure going to make a couple of my shot a lot easier for me. I strapped the legs of the GorillaPod around the passenger seat's headrest and needless to say, anyone driving to the right of me winced thought the dark and rain to try and figure out what the alien looking contraption was doing holding a camera. I stopped off at a Timmy Ho's drive-thru and the dude who was serving me freaked out when he first saw the tripod gripping the headrest in such a manner that it is best described as those little hand aliens from the movie Alien...
Anyhoo, I set up the camera, drove around while snapping half second shots with my infra-red remote, I love my camera :)
